7日壮阳菜谱
对因身体虚弱而造成性功能减退者一周壮阳菜谱有一定的疗效。
星期一:以韭菜为主料做成炒菜,例如韭菜炒鸡蛋、韭菜炒肉等,或以韭菜为主料作馅,包饺子、包子等。
星期二:以大葱的葱白为主料,做成各种适合自己口味的菜肴。
星期三:用豆腐、冻豆腐、豆腐皮作主料,选其中的1—2种做成各种各样的“豆腐菜”,如黄豆芽炖豆腐、雪里蕻炖豆腐、麻辣豆腐、五香豆腐等。
星期四:晚餐时最好能有一盘花生米或核桃仁,油炸的、五香的都可以,花生米要连红皮吃。
星期五:以虾或紫菜为主料,做成熘大虾、清炒大虾等,紫菜可以做成紫菜汤等,这一天还可吃些牡蛎。
星期六:以羊肉为主料,做成羊肉汤、涮羊肉、羊肉丸子、羊肉馄饨、羊肉炒土豆丝、香酥羊肉等均可。
星期日:以鳝鱼或鲇鱼为主料,红焖或清蒸均可,鲇鱼还可做成鲇鱼汤。
每天晚上都应有一种“壮阳”菜摆在餐桌上,要坚持不断。平时还可备一小碟芝麻或芝麻酱作为调味品,常吃对补肾也有好处

当归、薏仁适用青春期
青春期女性常见的问题有月经不调和带下病。由于此时子宫刚开始发育,功能还不稳定。加上正处于求学阶段,精神压力大,生活环境变化大,还有生活不规律,就容易导致月经不调、痛经、白带增多等病症。
当归调经止痛、补血活血,研究发现,当归还可促进雌激素分泌,降低血管阻力,增加循环血量,营养皮肤。如气滞血淤,月经错后、痛经可配伍香附、柴胡、川芎 等行气活血药煎水服用。如气血亏虚、月经量多色淡,心悸气短可配伍炙黄芪、党参、白术等补气药煎水服。或选用中成药归脾丸。
带下异常一般多由脾虚引起。常见带下色白或淡黄,质黏稠,无臭气,且绵绵不绝,面色发白或萎黄,四肢不温,神疲食少。可选用补脾要药薏苡仁、白术等配伍山药、苍术、茯苓等健脾利湿药一起煎水服用。或选用中成药参苓白术散(片、颗粒)、乌鸡白凤丸等治疗。
产后多用阿胶、益母草
妇女产后多因分娩时产创和失血,导致血虚和血淤。
产后血虚多表现为头晕,发热,大便困难,缺乳,身痛,手足抽搐等。阿胶为补血佳品,可用阿胶15克配以其他补气血、活血安神的中药如党参15克、红枣15克、龙眼肉20克使用。注意阿胶应烊化后加入药液中服用。也可选用驴胶补血冲剂、阿胶当归合剂。
产后血淤型有腹痛,发热,恶露不尽等症。益母草是产后最好的中药,取20克加丹参15克、当归15克、川芎10克,煎水服。或可选用中成药益母草膏或益母草颗粒。
更年期用葛根、藏红花
女性进入更年期会出现身心疲惫、烦躁失眠、皮肤干燥、头发枯黄、月经紊乱等症,影响生活与工作。目前,在30―40岁的白领女性中,27%的人有不同程度 的更年期提前。因此,中年女性除了在饮食中增加富含雌激素的食品如大豆、豆腐、黑米、红薯、松仁等;也可用当归、葛根、甘草、藏红花等中药泡水喝,或将其 加入食物中食用,既能减缓更年期症状,又有美容养颜之功。
德国科学家的研究还表明,当归能抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,进而抑制黑素色生成,可治雀斑、黄褐斑。
葛根中富含黄酮类化合物,对雌激素有双重调节作用,具有美体、养颜、调节内分泌等功效。甘草提取物有雌激素样作用,具有促进表皮发育,促进头发黑色素生成 的功效,还可防止头发干燥、变白。藏红花有“女性保护神”的美誉,对更年期综合征、月经不调、失眠、烦躁等有很好的疗效。
日常可用10克左右的当归、葛根或甘草煎水,代茶饮,能改善雌激素减少带来的症状。因甘草味甜,与当归、葛根一起泡水饮用,可增加甜味。藏红花取一小撮 (约50毫克)泡水,每天早晚各喝一杯。也可以用葛根粉直接冲水服用。此外,还可取当归10克切碎,清水炖煮,再将100克大米蒸熟成干饭,把干饭放入当 归水中慢熬半小时至汤稠米开即成当归粥。也可取葛根30克,粳米50克,粳米洗净浸泡一宿,与葛根一同放入砂锅,加水1000克,用文火煮至米开粥稠即做 成葛根粥食用。

Are Supplement Vitamins Necessary?
I think we can all agree that vitamins are necessary for good health. Vitamins are found in the food we eat every day and are classified in basically two forms; Fat soluble and water soluble.
Fat Soluble Vitamins
Vitamins A, D, E and K are classified as fat soluble vitamins.

Water Soluble Vitamins
Vitamins B and C are the most commonly known water soluble vitamins and can be found in the fruits and vegetables we eat. Unlike fat soluble vitamins, water soluble vitamins are not stored in the body. When we ingest an excessive amount of water soluble vitamins, the body rids the excess in our urine.

Generally speaking, supplements are not necessary for the healthy person who watches their diet and eats a healthy and consistent well balanced meal.

皮肤附属
寻常性痤疮
痤疮是青春期常见一种慢性毛囊皮脂腺炎症。
1、病因
目前多认为本病是由雄性激素激发引起。青春期雄激素增多,致使皮脂腺发育旺盛,皮脂分泌增多,毛囊皮脂腺导管角化栓塞,皮脂因此而淤积堵塞于毛囊内而形成脂栓。毛囊内的痤疮杆菌在这种富有营养并相对缺氧的环境内繁殖较快,并产生溶脂酶、蛋白分解酶及透明质酸酶等,这些酶将皮脂中的甘油三脂分解为游离脂肪酸,破坏毛囊壁,使毛囊内容进入真皮,从而引起毛囊皮脂腺的炎症。
2、临床表现
本病多见于15~30岁的青年男女,皮脂过多,毛囊孔扩大是其特点。好发于面部之额、双颊及颌部皮肤,其次为胸、背肩部皮肤,损害初起为黑、白头粉刺,在发展过程中可演变为炎性丘疹、脓疱、结节、脓肿及瘢痕等。往往数种损害同时并存。
3、诊断
青年男女多见,好发于颜而、胸背部等处的白头及黑头粉刺、脓疱、毛囊性丘疹及瘢痕。
4、治疗与护理
(1)治疗:局部治疗以消炎、杀菌、轻度剥脱为原则,常用制剂有复方硫磺洗剂、1~2%洁霉素酒精、1%红霉素酊等。其它外用药尚有0.05~0.1%维甲酸霜、2.5~5%过氧化苯甲酰凝胶及洗剂等,这些制剂均有明显疗效。
严重病例可同时内服四环素0.5~1.0g/天以抑制痤疮杆菌并减少皮脂分必,数日后减至维持量0.25~0.5g/天,连服8周为一疗程。或 服用红霉素0.6g/天,维持量为0.2g/天,锌制剂也可应用,对顽固病便可数种药物同时应用。对于囊肿性、结节性痤疮可采用维甲酸口服、紫外线照射及 液氮冷冻等物理疗法。去炎松混悬液局部注射法可试用于囊肿性损害。
(2)护理
①嘱患者不要捏紧、搔抓皮损,以免反复刺激,使感染加重,形成脓肿或囊肿性座疮。
②每晚睡前用温水将皮肤存留的皮脂及鳞屑洗净,保持皮肤清洁及毛囊排泄通畅,也有利于药物的吸收。
③避免使用过多的油脂类及粉质过多的化妆品及服用碘化物、溴化物及皮质类固醇激素等药物。减少或避免进食多脂性、多糖类及辛辣刺激性食品,以免加重病性。
1、病因
尚不明了。可能在皮脂溢出的基础上,毛细血管长期扩张所致;也可能与高温及寒冷刺激、神经因素、内分泌障碍、胃肠功能紊乱、病灶感染等有关。
2、临床表现
病情进展分为三期。
(1)红斑期:面中部发生对称分布的毛细血管护张性红斑,部分患者红斑仅限于两颊及额部。
(2)丘疹脓疱期:红斑发生后数日或数年,在红斑基础上成批出现痤疮样丘疹、脓疱甚至结节。女性月经期前易反复。
(3)鼻赘期:仅见于晚期患者,表现为皮脂腺和结缔组织增生,鼻尖部呈现凹凸不平的结节样或肿瘤样突起,毛细血管扩张更为显著。
3、诊断
根据发病的部位,各期典型症状,病程缓慢,春、冬季加重,好发于中年人,容易诊断。
4、治疗与护理
(1)治疗:局部治疗与痤疮相同,尚可选用1%灭滴灵霜,禁用皮质类固醇制剂。重症患者还可选下列方法之一:
①四环素0.5g/天,持续3~6个月。
②氯喹0.5g/天,2周后减至0.25g/天,不宜超过3个月。
③灭滴灵0.6g/天,共服2~4周。
鼻赘期可用外科划切法治疗。
(2)护理:禁食刺激性食物及酒类,纠正胃肠功能障碍,去除病灶等致病因素,保持大便通畅,必要时睡前服缓泻剂。
1、病因
全身性多汗可能是一种异常的生理性反应,局部多汗原因未明,可能为先天因素。
2、临床表现
全身或掌跖皮肤出汗过多。足汗重者可致表皮浸渍发白,伴足臭;腋窝及阴部多汗时易发生擦烂性红斑、毛囊炎及疖等。
3、治疗与护理
(1)治疗:可试用臭剂、安定、苯巴比妥等。也可酌情选用抗胆碱能性药物如阿托品、普鲁苯辛等。局部可用收剑剂,如0.5%醋酸铅溶液、5%明矾溶液、5~10%福尔马林溶液、20%氯化铝溶液、乌洛托品粉等浸泡或涂布。
(2)护理:避免情绪激动、精神紧张、勤换鞋袜,不应穿胶鞋。
臭汗症
1、病因与临床表现
(1)全身性臭汗症:往往是一种与种族有关的生理现象,也可见于卫生习惯不良者。进食某些食物如蒜、葱、芥子或药物(麝香等),也可在个别人中产生臭汗。
(2)局限性臭汗症:
①腋臭。俗称狐臭,夏季最明显,汗液多为淡黄色,外耳道有潮湿的耵聍。臭味是因大汗腺排泄的汗液受到皮肤表现细菌(主要为葡萄球菌)分解、产生不饱和脂肪酸而放出的。此病始于青春期,青壮年时期最生,老年期减轻或消失。
②足臭。是由小汗腺分泌的汗液,软化角质层,再由细菌分解而产生。
2、治疗与护理
(1)治疗:局部臭汗症可用杀菌止痒类药物,如5~10%福尔马林溶液、0.1%新洁尔灭溶液涂抹。足臭可用1:5000高锰酸钾溶液浸泡;腋臭可用中药密佗僧散外搽。严重者可行外科手术切除或液氮冷冻治疗。
(2)护理:注意清洁卫生,常用肥皂清洗患部,勤换衣物,保持皮肤干燥。
皮肤护理小常识
众所周知,水能解决绝大多数人的洗脸问题,极少数人因生理上或治疗上的某种需要,得在水中加点别的东西,包括药物或食物。就是这样,仍然离不开水。
1、丝瓜水洗脸或每天早晨用纱布蘸它擦脸能保护皮肤。
2、洗面温水内加硼酸1匙(10—15克)或小苏打,适用于油性皮肤。
3、如皮肤太油腻,可用更热一点的水洗脸或用热毛巾湿敷面部10~15分钟,再用含硫黄、硼酸或麝香草酚的药皂洗脸,这有利于洗掉皮脂分泌物。
4、鸡蛋清洗脸,配合局部按摩,据说能保护皮肤。根据是蛋清有一定粘性,干后在皮面形成一层薄膜,薄膜脱落时可将皮肤上的污物一起带走。由于薄膜紧贴皮肤,看上去给人一种熨烫过的挺括感,皮肤显得无皱而细腻。
5、湿热季节,面部可于睡前涂揉收敛水(化妆水)以调节皮肤酸度,保护皮肤。有条件者,可每周敷面膜1次,以疏通毛孔、汗孔,帮助汗液和皮脂排出。
皮肤保健
保温防寒。冬季气温低下,皮肤裸露部位极易冻伤,如手部、头部、颈部等。其它如脚部也易受冻,因而应注意这些部位的防寒保温,可围围巾,戴手套、耳套,穿棉鞋等保暖,还可随时摩擦双手和耳朵,适时垫脚、锻炼。忌穿潮湿的衣服、鞋袜,同时,手脸洗后要揩干后才可外出。
避免使用劣质化妆品。劣质化妆品因质地不纯或含铅重,对皮肤有毒害作用。还有的化妆品含有某些易致过敏的香料,有的人使用后会过敏,甚而使色素增加。这些,都易对皮肤造成伤害。冬季,在皮脂少的情形下,伤害更甚。
穿着宜柔和。冬寒穿衣较 多,如不注意穿着,更易感觉皮肤瘙痒。这是由于身体与衣服、衣服与衣服间不断发生摩擦产生静电,静电刺激皮肤所致。因而,冬季应尽可能地选用纯棉、真丝之 类不易产生静电的衣物做内衣、内裤、衬衫等。同时还要注意衣服搭配,穿了涤纶衬衫就不要再穿腈纶毛衣,里面穿了合成纤维的衣服,外面就不宜再穿绝缘性的涤 纶外衣,以防止产生静电为宜。
进行皮肤锻炼。加强皮肤的锻炼,增强皮肤的适应能力,以适应寒冷的环境。可进行冷水浴、空气浴、日光浴、按摩等,或者坚持洗冷水脸,冷水擦身。
注重食物保健。当人体缺乏维生素a 时,皮肤会变得干燥,有鳞屑出现,甚至使皮肤出现棘状丘疹,因而冬季宜多吃些富含维a的食物,如猪肝、禽蛋、鱼肝油等。还可常吃芝麻(麻油)、黄豆、花生 等食物,它们含有不饱和脂肪酸,如亚油酸等。人体缺乏亚油酸,皮肤会变得干燥,鳞屑增厚。同时,有的食物,会使原本患有某种皮肤病的人病情加重,如化脓性 皮肤病人宜少吃甜食、酒类等,辣椒、葱、蒜、酒、浓茶可使患瘙痒性神经功能障碍性皮肤病的人痒的症状加剧,海带、面食可使患疱疹性皮炎病的人发生碘过敏。皮肤护理常识
